Kristina: “Our Finance team is young and there’s a dynamic and open atmosphere. The culture is warm, with care, trust, simplicity, and courage as our core values.”

Tim: “The position of Marketing Controller is diverse, as our new colleague will be a member of three teams. Apart from the diversity, this dynamic offers some complexity, what makes this an unique position. The marketing teams need to achieve operational excellence, with seamless collaboration across several disciplines. Within this marketing “machine”, the Marketing Controller is an important part. With the analysis of our new colleague, the effectiveness of the decision-making process will be boosted. Thus, he or she can have an big impact, as the decisions will be made on facts and financial data instead of trust and experience. The marketing teams are running very well, and it is really cool to be part of these successful teams!”

Ivo: “It is crucial that the Marketing Controller pro-actively challenges the marketing organization by asking the right questions at the right time. As marketers are used to make some of their decisions based on their gut feeling, your analysis and data will help to make the right decisions. Our Marketing Controller needs a deep understanding of the relation between market developments and the financial KPI’s. To be successful, he or she doesn’t only need a good analytical mind-set, but also strong communication skills, leadership skills and an independent business mind.”
