A big opportunity for this role is not only to expand our footprint to more accounts and geographies, but also cross-sell into our higher margin “Added Value” products. The Key Account Manager needs to think in terms of solutions matching each customer’s unique positioning and challenges.
Academic/higher education preferably in business or a similar course of study;
Self-starter, entrepreneurial skills, ability to get things done; capable of turning a strategy into action;
The remuneration for this role is in line with the level of the position (excellent basic salary and bonus, company car).
The successful candidate will spend approximately 50% of their time travelling globally.
As an International Key Account Manager for Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), you will be commercially responsible for the potato-based menu items for the major Global QSR brands. Within these accounts, a larger share of the volume of potato based products must be achieved. On the one hand this can be achieved by ensuring strong ongoing relationships based on product quality, consistency and service. On the other hand, growth is driven by hunting new accounts within the client portfolio. The role is global in scope, only excluding the USA.
